Tommy

in 1972 after attending the H.
Bemis Lawrence Real Estate School
in Louisville, Kentucky. He
has been a Sales Associate with
Jim Martin and Associates since
2006 when the company opened in
Fulton. Tommy is licensed in
Kentucky and Tennessee. He
is a member of the Tennessee
Association of Realtors and the
Reelfoot Regional Association of
Realtors. Tommy grew up in the
Cayce community and moved to
Fulton in 1955. He is
married to Mrs. Gail Scearce, has
two children, and two
grandchildren.

Consultant for the firm. She is
also an Associate Appraiser, KY
#4333, under the supervision of
Jim Martin. Stephanie is a
2002 graduate of Fulton High
School. After graduation she
attended Murray State University
and The University of Tennessee at
Martin. She received her
education for an associate
appraisers’ license through
Wilson Education Group in
Harrodsburg, Kentucky. Stephanie
has always lived in the Fulton
area and has one daughter.
